📄 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and HeyBaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered at heybaji.bar, including casino games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fish games, and all associated deposit and withdrawal facilities.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on HeyBaji. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

• Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential
• Not share access to your account with any other person, including family members

HeyBaji is not liable for losses resulting from account access granted to third parties by the account holder, whether intentional or through negligence in credential management. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account login.

By making a deposit you confirm that:

• Processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within minutes to a few hours for standard amounts; bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank
